• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene-related items, and customized products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact our support team via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order details.
• Our team will verify your request and provide a return authorization along with pickup or drop-off instructions.
• Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of product inspection.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or wallet).
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement & Exchange

• If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations (subject to stock availability).
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale products
